Testimonials
Note
to readers, these testimonials were written when I moved away, now I am back in
LA!
I have been thru trainers and trainers, either they always
called to cancel at last minute or they hold conversations with everyone in the
gym instead of watching over you. One trainer I had actually used to have
conversations on his cell phone while he was training me. One day I said
to myself, "I'm going to try this one more time". That day a co-worker
gave me the number to Michael. I met with him and when I did I gave
Michael a little attitude because of my experience with last trainer, which I
felt so bad about (but later apologized). Lets just say Michael defines
"PERSONAL" Trainer. He watches over you like a hawk and trust me, he is quick to correct you when you are doing something wrong. What I really
enjoyed about Michael is when I met with him 3 times a week I knew as soon as I
got into that gym it was time to get to work! He didn't want to hear about my
bad
weekend or my crazy work load, he just wanted to see me sweating and pushing hard!
He always told me that the gym is a place to escape your everyday grind. I'm am very
sorry I am losing him to the Inland Empire, you people are lucky to have him!
Good Luck Michael!

I have always been very physically active since my teens up
until now. I thought I knew everything there was to know. Little did I know,
hahahaha. I would always have trouble with my stomach area, after having 2 kids
I thought I
would never get
to see my abs again and that was that. I would do abs EVERYDAY and nothing. One
day in the gym I saw Michael working out, listening to his Ipod, which you will
see he always has with him, I told him my problem and immediately he asked my
how I was eating. Lets just say MY ABS ARE BACK! Michael gave me guidance and
pointed me in the right direction. It was a combination of over doing my abs,
eating the wrongs things, and not eating enough! He taught me about core work,
strengthening my inner abs and well as for looks on the outside. He also taught
me it's not how much weight I could lift, it's how I lifted it. Form is
everything. I cant believe he uses the "before" picture of me on his site, but I
do love the "after" picture!!!!

Now this is Richard Halpern, he didn't have time to write a
testimonial but let me tell you his story. Richard is the by far the best Austin
Powers impersonator around period. One day I was hanging around the front desk
of the gym I was training at and Richard walked up to me and asked me if I was a
trainer. He told me about his little weight problem and we quickly went to work
on him. I told and showed him how he needed to start eating 5-6 meals a day, how
he needed to improve his cardio expenditure, not necessarily longer sessions but
smarter sessions. I taught him about how important it was to build and feed his
muscles according to his goals. These pictures speak for themselves!
Good Job Richard! And yes you are still BY FAR the
best Austin ever!

Now I got to admit Michael is the first Personal Trainer I
have ever had so I cant compare him to anyone else but I do got to say he is
always on time and ready to go! You don't ever think someone can have so much
energy at 5:30am! You always know when he has arrived. Other than the fact that
he does make working out fun, he really does push you to your limits. I do
notice how he pays attention to me and only me and not to what is going on around us! I really do appreciate that! I do
love training with him very much, but I do love leaving him after he has
kicked my butt! Michael, thank you for my abs, my arms, my chest, everything!
(and my wife thanks you) You are awesome and I am so lucky to have had you as my
first trainer. I'm going to miss our workouts. Whenever you are in Los Angeles, because I
do know you still come out here to party, you better call me to train! Good Luck
in the Inland Empire!

There are so many times I wanted to kill Michael but then
who would train me? But now I am going to miss him. The very first words I heard
from him that scared me was, "there are no breaks"! I used to tell him he needed
to come to work in leather and carry a whip because he was very dominating! I knew I
wasn't there for a walk around the park. But after all the hard work I got
what I wanted! I look and feel great! But what sucks now is that I have to keep
this up without him. Like he always said, "Look better naked", thank you so much
for everything. What I am really gong to miss is your "All I want is Blood,
Sweat, and Tears" inspirational banter!

Ladies and Gentlemen here are just some of the clients that had a vision! They knew what they wanted but didn't
have the right information on how to get there. One thing I tell people, this is
my business, this is what I know how to do very well. Some people think by
having a trainer that the weight is magically going to fall off. That is not how
is works! I let people know that I am a tool box and it is up to them to build
the house. You have to want this. These people wanted it! Its not that hard!
Well, at first it is, but like everything it takes discipline and dedication. Every workout is a step closer to that body you want! Every meal is a
step closer to turning your body into a beautiful piece of work! Hip-Hop artist
Nelly once said, "a great body is a present to yourself". I love that because
its true!
